Terms of Service
These terms govern access to 4g3ntic and the use of its CRM, agent-facing tools, and related services.
Effective date: May 4, 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 4g3ntic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, fund, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the service. These terms apply to the public website, the CRM application, the agent-facing workflows, and related APIs or operational features we make available.
2. The Service
4g3ntic is a CRM and operational workflow product designed for sales-related work involving human users, agents, and shared organizational pipelines. Features may include record creation, editing, enrichment, comments, activity history, user authentication, organization scoping, and agent-oriented intake surfaces.
We may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features at any time. The service may evolve as product requirements, infrastructure, security expectations, and third-party dependencies change.
3. Eligibility and Authorized Use
You may use 4g3ntic only for lawful business purposes and only in ways that do not interfere with the service, other customers, or underlying infrastructure. You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, store malicious content, or run abusive automation against the product.
You are responsible for ensuring that your employees, contractors, agents, and other users who act under your account or organization comply with these terms. Automated use is permitted only to the extent it remains within your authorized organization and does not degrade the service or bypass intended controls.
4. Accounts, Credentials, and Organizations
Access is scoped through your organization. You are responsible for account security, internal user permissions, and the activity performed through your organization’s workspace.
You must provide accurate registration and administrative information and keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, session access, and any linked third-party authentication used to access the service.
If you believe your account, API path, or organizational workspace has been compromised, you should notify us promptly and take immediate steps to rotate credentials and remove unauthorized access.
5. Customer Data and Instructions
You retain responsibility for the data entered into the platform, including comments, notes, CRM records, and agent-submitted context. You should not upload data you do not have the right to process.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and appropriateness of the data your organization stores in 4g3ntic, as well as the instructions you give to users and agents operating inside your workspace. We do not independently verify the legality or correctness of customer-submitted data.
You are also responsible for reviewing whether agent-generated updates, enrichment, or comments are appropriate before relying on them in business operations, compliance workflows, or external communications.
6. Fees, Billing, and Plan Changes
Paid access may be offered on subscription or custom commercial terms. Unless otherwise stated in a separate order form or written agreement, fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable except as required by law, and may change prospectively for future renewal periods.
If your plan includes limits tied to users, organizations, usage, credits, workflow volume, or feature scope, we may enforce those limits technically or operationally. We may also suspend access for overdue amounts after reasonable notice.
7. Acceptable Use Restrictions
You may not use the service to transmit malware, scrape unauthorized third-party systems, interfere with platform security, attempt privilege escalation, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, or use the service in a way that creates material legal or operational risk for other customers or for us.
You may not use the product to store special categories of highly regulated data unless the service is expressly offered for that purpose in a separate written agreement. You remain responsible for determining whether the product is appropriate for your intended use case.
8. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the 4g3ntic service, website, product interfaces, workflows, software, branding, documentation, and related technology, excluding customer data. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any implied rights beyond the limited right to use the service during an authorized term.
You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display customer data as necessary to operate the service, support your authorized use, secure the platform, and comply with law.
9. Third-Party Services and AI Features
The service may depend on third-party infrastructure and vendors, including hosting, authentication, database, communications, and AI providers. Your use of certain product capabilities may therefore involve those third-party systems.
Features involving agent actions, enrichment, summarization, or generated content may produce incomplete or incorrect outputs. Those features should be reviewed as operational assistance rather than relied on as guaranteed factual, legal, or compliance-grade conclusions.
10. Availability, Maintenance, and Support
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service over time. We aim to operate reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every issue will be resolved within a particular time frame unless stated in a separate written support commitment.
Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access. We may also suspend access when necessary to investigate abuse, enforce these terms, protect system integrity, or comply with legal obligations.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create legal or security risk, or use the service in ways that threaten other customers, vendors, or platform operations.
Upon termination, your right to access the service ends, though sections that by their nature should survive will survive, including provisions concerning fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the service will meet every requirement or operate without interruption.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, creates any warranty unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4g3ntic and its affiliates, operators, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or relating to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
14. General Terms
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 4g3ntic regarding the service unless supplemented by a separate signed order form or written agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
We may update these terms from time to time by posting revised language on the site. Your continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
